What was the highlight of Mocca Hotels Tepoztlán
Buena estadía en general, el staff puede mejorar.
La ubicación es bastante buena, cerca de todo, caminable al centro. La cama es cómoda, buena presión de agua en la regadera, en general las instalaciones son agradables, tranquilas y seguras, tal cual como en las fotos.
1. No recuerdo haber visto en booking que el estacionamiento se paga por separado en una pensión a dos cuadras. Aún así, no hubo mayor problema, el dueño de la pensión es amable y cobra 200 por día. 2. Sin afán de ofender, pero la actitud de la dueña/recepcionista pudo haber sido mejor. Un tanto confrontativa. Ej. al final de la estadía, teníamos que pagar la pensión en efectivo, pero no traíamos, le propuse a la dueña transferirle a ella o que me hiciera un cargo con tarjeta y ella pagara al de la pensión en efectivo después. Nos puso muchos peros: que el impuesto, que la comisión, que ella no tiene cuentas personales, que no puede recibir transferencias, etc. Creo que como anfitriona, podría mostrar más actitud de servicio y buscar el “como si” para atender los problemas de los clientes y buscar la forma de que estemos satisfechos, pero se notaba cerrada. Al final un huésped que escuchó la conversación me propuso darme el efectivo y yo transferirle a el. Estos detalles se valoran mucho en la amabilidad de un dueño de hotel boutique.

Los cuartos limpios y con buen espacio, las personas del lugar amables
Una de las facilidades por las que la gente escoge donde quedarse en Tepoztlán es por la alberca, y no estaba en condiciones de ser usada, se ve descuidada y solo se puede usar el jacuzzi que es para 2 personas

Buen espacio para descansar con oportunidades de mejora.
La atención fue increíble desde la llegada hasta la salida, las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y todo el ambiente da una sensación de tranquilidad.
Si la reserva no es directo con ellos no tienen estacionamiento y te mandan a una pensión a 2 minutos, la alberca es MUY pequeña.
